In accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code law IV of 1959 74/A section 4 Terre des hommes Foundation "Lausanne" in Hungary was registered on the 23rd of November 2006 by the District Court of Budapest with the following registry number: 10.073. The Foundation objective is to promote and ensure child rights protection.

Terre des hommes Foundation "Lausanne" in Hungary is an opened foundation and has been given the public benefit organization status by the Hungarian Court.

A Fôvárosi Bíróság a Magyarországi Terre des hommes Alapítvány "Lausanne" elnevezésû alapítványt az 1959. évi IV. Törvény (Ptk.) 74/A. § (4) bekezdése alapján 2006 november 23-án 10.073 sorszám alatt nyilvántartásba veszi. Az alapítvány célja a gyermekek jogainak bíztosítása és védelme.

A Magyarországi Terre des hommes Alapítvány "Lausanne" nyílt alapítvány, amelyet a bíróság egyben közhasznú szervezetté minôsített.
